I essentially created three 8 x 3.5 labels. You can do that by using the formating options in the detail section I am new to this stuff, it is probably the wrong way of doing things, but it worked for me Dave

Yes this method works but... my problem is that I want to have a choice at run-time. If you set the report to print a certain way you are stuck with it until you change the report in design mode. Is there a way to control crystal's printer setup through code or some API function
