Had the same problem with XP and even newer drivers on W2K, just try some older drivers and the problem should go away, I am using 2250 with no problems.
Do you get any sort of dump, or just the BSOD? I just finished working out this problem with an ECS MOBO, it was the memory, older SDRAM that was....fried. Replaced the memory and never looked back.

Give it a try, you can print it off, but it is over 100 pages!
