    I get some messages but not all messages. Afterwards there aren't any messages on the server left. My account settings are correct because I can sent and receive(some) messages.

    I have tried your solution but they still can't open the attachment. They have saved the document locally and even then they can't open it. But when I save for example a word document into rich text format, they can open it!?!?!? What now? Any suggestion is welcome.
