Hello, I am having an issue with a fresh install of Micros 3700 5.7. When I attempt to run a report, I simply get a white screen. Adobe reader 32bit is installed. Any assistance in troubleshooting will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for that bit of info. Sorry i'm not that great at SQL. It took me some time to find it, but I was able to change it and use the code to login. However, when i got in i am unable to change the password for the user, as it is greyed out. I'm not sure if I'm missing something.

It successfully imported the backup - however when i attempt to open POS configuration etc - after entering the username and password - it takes a while before stating invalid ID. I can confirm the username and password entered are correct. Is there any thing else you can recommend ?
