    Netscape will not shut down completely

    Since I upgraded to Netscape 4.7, whenever I shut Netscape down, the program looks like it exits fine, but if I do Crtl+Alt+Del, Netscape is still running in the background. If I go to shut down Windows 98, Win 98 hangs on shutdown and I have to do Crtl + Alt + Del to end the Netscape program...
