Samsung Officeserv 7200 Station Groups forward to voicemail
I figured out my own problem. So the issue was acctually in the modes screen for the voicemail. There are many options like DT and DS which need to point to Forward Trunk or Forward Station menus. Samsung Officeserv 7200 Station Groups forward to voicemail
So I know enough about samsung officeserv 7200 to be dangerous but our vendor has gone out of business and I just keep trying to maintain the system. I have calls come into a SVMI-20E and it answers as an AA. Caller presses option 1 to which routes to ext 506. I have station groups setup. So...- Joe C.
