I'm using the SMDR function to see my call logs.
Everytime I download these registries it seems to clean its buffer, so I won't be able to see these same data again when I reconnect to it.
Is it normal? Is there any option to keep them?
I tryed to configure it exactly in the same way you described but even so it didn't work.
After several tries and errors I manage to solve it through the following menu
PBX Configuration — ARS — Carrier: I had put here all the rules related to the carrier access code

I tried to see that option, but I don't realize what I can change to test it.

Every time I need to make an external call I need to press the number 0 to get a CO line and make that call, but the problem arrises when I need to call a number that has only 5 or 4 digits. In that case the PBX interpret that number as an extension and the call is finished.
