9.1 with analog lines. I have the 9 added to all lines and I see that the 9 has been added to incoming calls in the log but when I press the REDIAL, CONTACTS or CALL LOG and then select the name listed I do get a dial tone the number to be dialed is displayed but then the dial tone just stays...
We use the VMP for wake up calls at a small motel. Works just fine but since the time changes all wake up calls are 1 hour behind. Time and date are correct on IPO. Any suggestions. Does the VMP server on our PC update its own time seperate from the IPO?
Is there a code to use with the ARS or short code that whn an outside call is placed using with 10 or 11 digits the ARS know that the caller has completed dialing and immedialty calls out on the PRI instead of waiting the 4 second Dial Delay.
For example:
LOCL CALL
9+XXX-XXX-XXXX
LONG DISTANCE...
Follow up. I deleted the entire cabinet using the RESET ( hold for 60 seconds ) button then reformatted the SD card and reloaded everything and it came up.
Hi again. I check with the IT guy and he said he never blocks MAC addresses. I also took the control unit and connected it to a simple network with a simple router 192.168.1.1 and I am still seeing the same SNOOZING error from monitor I did before.
The old cabinet works just fine. Could it...
Strangest thing happened that I have never had happen before.
I had an IPO 500v2 9.1 that has a power supply that that was causing the cabinet to reboot often.
I had a spare 9.1 cabinet available with a new power supply so I just moved the SD card over and everything came up just fine...
I noticed that the number of characters that can be displayed on the BM12 does not use the entire space provided on the display.
For example I can enter about 15 characters what will show but anything longer will not be shown. However is looks like there is enough room for about 30 characters...
I though I read a while back that for a SCN I can use the UCM to provide a single source to provide MOH for all sites instead of having to use the external source and a separate device for each control unit.
I have a site that wants to use a USB MOH to provide Promotion on Hold that they can...
The 9.1 can not get a 3rd party license for an IP ATA and trying to avoid a charge from the telco for a single analog POTS line.
Is there a an IP device for a remote off site location that would log into the IPO as an IP set but provide analog dial tone for an alarm?

IPO 9.1 with 60 Endpoints and using 9608s. The current location had a network cabling for voice and data devices and POE switches so providing power to the 9608s was clean and easy with not plug in...
I have several other sites and use the same settings for setting up both system events. I use the same user name and password an all the same settings on 9.1 so I know the email address with google is working.

Thanks!
budbyrd thanks. I looked up the docs on the EXT option and it is available in 9.1. I do see the MOH EXT option on an available analog port. I am trying to wrap my mind around how to do this.
I supply an external music source to the external port then that goes inside the control unit then I...
