    This week we had an issue whereby the NIC cards MAC changed so licences got invalidated. After resolving that we have found VM Pro is not preforming correctly. EI: voicemail type is voicemail pro and dialling *17 or mailboxes all still works, just call routing to the modules for AA etc will...

    You’re able to plug straight into it. Very handy they’re RJ45’s too so you can patch direct into cat5/6 cabling as if it were a network switch
