My bad changes cannot be made on vmpro, i can login make changes, then save & make live, but when i close and reopen the changes have gone.
Also i have noticed in web management on port :7070 when i try launch voicemail pro - call flow management i get the following two errors in red boxes...
This week we had an issue whereby the NIC cards MAC changed so licences got invalidated. After resolving that we have found VM Pro is not preforming correctly.
EI: voicemail type is voicemail pro and dialling *17 or mailboxes all still works, just call routing to the modules for AA etc will...
