So to be clear, win911 is registered, but having difficulty establishing a call?
By this point though, if you have win911 support, I would certainly consider contacting them, as we have established with microsip that the sv9100 is working for third party sip. I would suggest presenting them the...
Is win 911 registering, do you see that in the wireshark?
Also, I wonder if the 9,### instead of 9### in the call request is messing it up. Maybe try turning off the prefix in win911, and turn automatic line pickup on in 15-01 instead?
I think it's the default setting, but double check in microsips settings that dtmf is set to rfc2833, and in the voipdb dtmf settings, that profile 1 for sip extensions is set to rfc2833.
The fact that you have it registered in good progress though.
Not sure what your min and max rtp ports do for your program (i assume though that's the rtp ports it sends from though, and is irrelevant. The default ones nec uses on its side of the conversation though is 10020-10083.
I don't know why NEC does the codec is pcpro as vague numbers. If you read...
Since it's a network phone, you could potentially do a solution that involves wireshark. I don't know if there a program that will automatically pull the voice files of the packet capture or not. Seems like the company that Ired posted makes a program that does that? The panasonic network phone...
Extensions that arn't connected can't be programmed. In PcPro, you can make them programmable by going to the Filter Options tab, clicking "IP Phone list", selecting the extension extension number / port, and ok.
If you don't have pcpro, and just webpro I have no clue what you would do..... I...
Huh, I never realized that the desktop software phone isn't available for the 2100, not that we have any users that use that.
For the 2100 though, it does have slnet, which I havn't looked into either, but is similar to netlink.
Yeah, the differences between the 2100 and the 9100 is scarce, past the 9100 having more expandability, and the 9100 having the CAP keys (which are useful for large organizations, or any anybody with a PRI). Me and my coworkers keep a document of all the differences we've noticed, and it has 8...
It works on calls that originate from my sip trunks, but not calls that originate from a terminal.
It's the same behavior as transferring a call to a multiline terminal, which is how I realized it. If a terminal receives a call from CO and transfers it another multiline terminal, it will show...
I'm assuming it's related to 14-01-09, where in trunk basic setup a trunk can be marked as a private line. But that's just a guess.
Try reading the features and specs manual, and the programming manual for the related features and see what they say.
Manuals...
Apparently it was working just fine, even though NEC told me with carrier F it isn't supposed to work? I believe the reason for that has something to do with the default setting for carrier F having "register sub-mode" on, which only works for my provider when turned off.
However, apparently my...

Well on the front of the sip trunk provider, they were panasonics sip trunking partner in Canada, and so we were already married to them before we were forced to move to nec. Certainly if this issue, which is the issue we have can't be solved (which I'm sure that I will solve it), we may have to...
Nec support suggested that to me, and that didn't help (though was something that I was missing).
Apparently what the issue is is that my sip provider isn't supported by nec. They use p-preferred identity headers for the cpn, and want the from to be my account number with them. Carrier F does...
