Broadcast Music while the Phone is Idle
Dear Community members, I have a request from management, they want to broadcast a Audio file to Users. this is completely different from Music On Hold. The broadcast should happen at a scheduled time, and when the phone is idle. I have Avaya Aura (CM) Is it possible...??- SGK7988
