On avaya aura there is a option " Simultaneous devices" which allow you to associate one single extension to up 10 phones ( soft and Hard) .
I'm wondering if there is something similaire in IP office .
which means can I associate users with multiple HARD PHONE at the same time OR what...

Mate I found the solution
Actually, the invite sent from SM to IX messaging was missing the history, so once I enabled "Support call history" on trunk group page 4, everything worked fine.

I did everything as the book says.
The problem persists, and the call cover is sent to my own mailbox (the calling party) rather than the called party's mailbox.
I double-checked every setting! I'm still not sure where the problem is!

Sorry I forgot to mention that I have an E1-R2 line so the call flow will be as follow SM>CM>MG430>Far-end Service provider.
Because I have an E1-R2 line, I am unable to configure the adaptation on session manager as well as the incoming call handling tables.

I'm not familiar with these type of configuration ,I used to use SIP trunks, but this customer is a little more particular. For info he has an IP office that is currently connected to the PSTN via an E1-R2 line.
Do you have any ideas about the configuration...
