I recently taken on a new client with an IPO that was relocated from one office to another location. They have added a sip trunk, the trunk has been configured and shows idle state in system status. However I am unable to make nor receive calls. On incoming calls I am getting an error...
Update. Got the trunk working. Turns out it was provider issue. The IP office was not receiving messages from provider side. Had to deselect the check oos setting in the sip settings. Sip stayed active and was able to make and recieve calls.
@Ekster now would you believe that was configured before and it was saying call rejected. Tried it again and it works now. However I am getting another issue now. I left the trunk able to receive calls but now that I just logged in to see that the trunk says out of service. If a change is made...

Thanks much guys. I was attempting to add an expansion module on a IPO with the mentioned license and remembered seeing once that said license does not allow expansions. Then saw in the system status that it said unlicensed under the heading for expansions.
