There is no need to copy a grou policy.
Once you have created a group policy, you have created it for the domain, you can then assign the group policy to any existing OU within the domain.

Take the NT4 boxes ouf of the domain, and into a workgroup.
Make sure the computer account in active directory for those computers has been removed.
Then add the NT boxes backinto the domain.
New computer accounts will be created for them.
