Hi Kizo, Thank you for your reply and the technical article relating to modem devices and digital PBXs. We cannot alter the PDQ terminal modem speed and we have previously configured the PDQ terminal settings to insert a pause between 9 and the outgoing dialed number... although this has not...- xyzl
