    Make sure their name is recorded. external calls require a name to locate the user. For the internal side make sure DND is not on.

    Has anyone done just a physical hardware upgrade to a voicemail server. We are having problems with the existing server and would like to move the installation to a Win 10 desktop. Anyone have the definitive steps, or the hazards to watch out for? I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks guys that is more helpful. I don't have issues per say as I have not started the setup or testing as of yet. We had tried to implement it and ran out of time and switched to a class 4 to the IPO. So now we have to set-up and test. Thanks again.
