what about going to support and resetting the application and setting it up from scratch. I have seen the app get corrupt and need to be reset or reinstalled before.
Looks like Microsoft has created another issue. Some customers are able to use voicemail to email feature and some now have basic auth disabled and they are not able to do vm to email. Is there a way to do the OAuth setup or are we just waiting for this be fixed by avaya?
Yes I have VM Client 11.1.0.1 installed and I just get user/password incorrect. When I web browse it signs in with the information I have put in to the system.
