Is there a possibility to create reports on IVR choices ?
I want to know how many callers choose first, second or third choice.
For now, the only way I see is to send each choice to different topics and set reports on these topics.

Its IPOCC is currently functional and has been installed like that years ago.
Is there some restriction to do that on a functionnal system.
