I am not sure. How would I check that? I can't access that link because no one in the office knows our login (hasn't been accessed in over 5 years). Even tried the account recovery to no avail. I just loaded in 3.11, which is what is in our "IP Office/Manager" folder. Still has the same...- michaelagt
