Well that could be a possibility.
We only have 7 licenses reverved for 6 extension (one more in the future).
and only 6 use PM pro.
We change all CPUs and the error persist, my doubt is: the license is linked to an extension or an ID Machine?
i ask the 6 users to shutdown machines at night to...

for the system there are all in use, so when a pro extension connect on PM, the system said "well all licenses in use, you cant use pro. you have 0 left" but not, systemstatus show 6/7 // and now, there are 2 licenses unusuable, but the system said Active for the 7 liceses
we only use pro to callcenter service. idk where configute IPO, i dont have this.
call center use pro to see queue waiting calls, and some buttons.

Hi everyone, we have an issue with our PM pro licenses.
We have 7 licences buy the system takes only 5.
We actually have seven workstation who need PM pro, and only 5 could use it, because if the sixth turn on, start with lite.
What do you need to see to help us?
