NEC SL1100 pickup phone to answer call without having to choose the line? Our other phones when picking up the one will answer an incoming call. Our one phone makes us choose the line to answer it.
After about 5 minutes of being on the phone randomly the phone sounds like it goes dead, like the phone isnt plugged in anymore. Then it comes back and infrequently this happens while on a call.
Any ideas?
I apologize I didn't get a email notification that someone answered.
We have a NEC SL1100.
The phone will ring multiple times and until we pick it up it will not show the caller ID. The phone is chassis 1 - Slot 02. Our other phones show the caller ID.
All other phones work correctly except one, the caller ID doesn't display till after you pickup the phone.
Any ideas where to look? That phone is the only phone on Slot 2 rather then slot 1.
Your total right! I had updated the blade as well.
1. To do a database backup database would I simply do a download from PCPro, then a file save?
2. Hold down red reset button on SL1100.
3. Then PCPro upload.
