Thanks for your suggestion and help, BUDBYRD. Interestingly enough, I got everything backed up, documented and ready to delete and recreate the user - then I logged her off the phone. Just for grins, I logged her back on and tried to call extension 119 - it worked! All I had to do was log her...- Bill James
