    Update, I successfully backed up SMGR to the directory of CM. Steps I took are backup smgr, tick remote, put the ip of CM and credentials in it, for the file name puth the path+file name (eg. /var/.../filename).

    I've tried to divert calls via remote coverage and via VDN/Vec route-to but when it is forwarded to the external number I set to, the call gets rejected with denial event 1183.     So, I tried changing the transport method in signalling from TLS to TCP and can now receive a call, but still can't dial.

    So we're currently running CM 5.2 and we have converted some analog phones to 9600sip in CM via SPA112 converter. The problem is whenever we dial it gets us a fast busy tone. Same thing happens if another station dials the converted phones extension. Other things I notice are the SIP trunk...
