I understand another power outage would wipe it again and would need a battery or reprogrammed again if the power went out. I don't think I can provide the cross connect as I'm not sure how you would access the phone system from there. I can certainly provide a PC with Team Viewer.

as for programming needs to start with. I'd like to get the overhead paging to work. I'd like to set extensions for the phones and be able to do ext to ext dialialing. One auto attendant for all incoming calls and redirect the calls to a a specific phone for the operator.
This isn't a new setup. It has been installed many years and a power outage seems to have wiped all the programming out. I'm aware its unsupported but I'm trying to get it some what usable while we wait for a new phone system to be installed because they told us the ETA is 30-60 days.
