I've tried searching the forum with little results.
We are running a G3r V11. Is there a way to get a list of DID in a specific cabinet?
I have tried the Export Report with Port and value of "14" and it didn't do anything. I have tried various ways with no results.
Any help would be...
There is no ~m before the pin. What does the ~m do? Ive never used it in programming,
Also, with the * between the number and the pin it acts as pause. I did try ~p in place of the * and the only difference is the call fails to process instead of actually dialing and missing a digit.
Thank you...
We do have pauses (*) in between the 877 number and the pin.
95% of the time it works perfectly fine. But the other times it is missing a digit. Do you mean putting pauses in between the passcode numbers themselves, cause I don't think there is enough space for that.
We are having an issue with our autodial where 97% of the time the call will go through no issues. The other times a digit will call out and the call will fail. If we dial it "the old fashioned way" it works 100%. This issue seems to be very intermittent.
Here is the setup.
Analong DID(k2500)...
We have had the same issue a bunch of times to the point I reached out to Avaya. They were unable to help, uploading new firmware to our G3r did not solve the issue either. Basically you have to replace the phone. The techs where I work seem to think that a bad connection to the switch is what...
I am currently having issues with the usb modem to dial into our audix system where it will dial in fine, but then I get a No Carrier displayed on the screen and it will disconnect. I am trying to go IP so I don't run into this issue anymore.
There is an AYC54 RMB installed in the machine...
If there are briged appearances, and one or more of them are in use, you'll get that error. Usually have to wait until that extension frees up then run your rem stat
Cross over cable for direct connect to laptop worked great! Had to adjust settings on laptop network card as well because it is not networked at all.
Thank you all for your help.
Yes. I have that adapter installed. From that adapter, A) is it possible to direct connect to PC and B) if so does it require a cross over ethernet cable or straight ethernet cable. (Again, sorry, still new to this and still learning)
I am doing 'ch ip-int' to get to the configuration page where I enter a new ip-interface.
If there isn't any reason a C-LAN type ip-interface to be used in conjuction with a DS1(PRI) then I think it is safe to assume that this C-LAN line can be modified to show the correct port and card.
Hard to explain with out screen grabs.
I haven't added anything to ip-interface. There was already programmed in, on line 2, a C-LAN on 02C01 but the card didnt match up to a C-LAN TN799 as it is currently a TN464F, so it would give me an error when trying to add the new line in ip-interface...
We have 1 PPN and 15 EPNs off of that. The cabinets I am working with are 5 carrier cabinets. The slot I am dealing with right now has the correct card TN464F in it and is working as a PRI for outside dialing. Unfortunatley, we are not allowed to connect to a network with our terminal computer...
OK. so that sounds like to me, at one point there may have been a 799DP card installed where the 464F card is now, and the programming was never taken out. Would there be any reason that the DS1 card would use CLAN programming?
Sorry, I'm sort of new to this stuff.
I have recently been assigned to manage the G3rv11 here at work. I am trying to get the CLAN configured so that I can access the switch via ethernet instead of the 7400B data module. When I go to setup the ip-interface, I add in all the information that is required to set up a new interface, and...
