    Thanks - I Have FXD in UM, Main CS Menu is a time out to ICD Group 601 which then intercepts to 601 VM on a RNA - That is working correctly - Still waiting on customer to verify the above solutions as they were extermely busy yesterday to confirm. Will report back as to what worked once done...

    This was resolved by adding a DSS Key ICD Group 601 and assigning a distinctive ring to that button on each users extension.

    This was resolved by uploading the downloaded .tda file from KMS to the NS-700 file system, then using that installed file to activate the system under activation along with a restart.
