Line Appearance and Appearance key ring simultaneously

I have a customer that has 1416 phones. The trunking is a fractional PRI with 12 channels. The first 6 keys are line appearances for the first 6 channels of the PRI which 200 Main is the destination. Keys 7 & 8 are regular appearance keys for internal calls. Prior to the 2 step upgrade from 7 to...

Is this possible with Avaya IP Office?

Also, if you have an available single line station you could set it to forward to the outbound route short code with no other numbers. When the call is transferred the outside caller can dial whatever number they desire. I believe this will work with twinning also. Additionally a third party...

    Up front announcement

Is this a "your call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance or training purposes" kind of announcement? Is the customer recording all calls to individual mailboxes or to the VRL? Either way, don't forget this little step; in VMPro client- Administration > Preferences > General Untick...

    BCM50 R6 Element Manager Cartridges

Are you using Element Manager Rel.62.0.5? Older versions of E.M. won't work with newer BCM's. If your Java has updated that could be a problem also. Just some starting points. Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most! www.acsiinc.com Avaya/Cisco/Mitel/NEC/Nortel/Panasonic...

Avaya IPO 500 V2 Not Saving Changes

File writer and Manager PC should be the static address of the "manager" computer. File writer is used for writing files to the sd card, but you really want only one machine for both.

Avaya IPO 500 V2 Not Saving Changes

No alarms eh, I would make sure the computer where the "manager" resides is statically configured and the same address is set for "Manager PC" in the system tab.

Avaya IPO 500 V2 Not Saving Changes

Curious as to what the "other system activity" is. Have you opened the System Status to see what this mysterious activity is? There really is no reason why a "merge" should not load.

hi all, I have installed three

Make and model of the PBX? If this is provider SIP to PRI conversion port 5060 is not needed. It's just a PRI. Are the PRI channels set to bothway? Does the PBX support SIP trunks so no need for PRI conversion? Have you tried setting up one PRI and test it for in and outbound calls, then plug...

    Toshiba DKT-3000 & 3200 series phones

Can anyone tell me how to convert Toshiba DKT-3020 or 3220 phone to 10 button and vise-versa. In the 2000 series there are jumpers clearly mark for this purpose. In the 3000 & 3200 series I cannot find any difference on the board between 10 and 20 button phones other than the L.E.D. driver...
