It *sounds* to me what Tommy is saying is if I set up a (Site to Site) VPN from the clients router (USG Pro) to TelAgility the VPN will allow the IP address to pass to the Hosted Cloud eliminating the need for NAT.

Yeah, I get that, but I guess what I am asking is there a way (in manager) to set all phones to default use different ringers for calls internally and externally. Seems like a really simple feature and makes a lot of sense but I can't seem to get it working lol
