    I'm trying to add some DBMs to some 1416. I've got PSUs and the lights on the DBM will light up when the 1416 gets plugged in, but the phone system never sees it and I can't program it.     Block an incoming PSTN call to a unique station outside of business hours

    If this person is calling your user's DID, then your provider can block that number from calling that DID within a specific time frame. Ideally, this is something that you can control yourself, but if your account doesn't include this kind of user management then you'll have to call them.
