    Is the CLS on the Avaya set set for CFXA? Also make sure the ACD DN has MWC no. When I do this I usually use a phantom DN.

Have you tried to access the trunks directly with ACOD without going thru NARS/BARS in order to make sure the problem is in your system which it probably is.     You might also want to make sure the SIP trunks you built into the CS1000 don't have DIP (Default) in CLS in LD 14. Should be DTN.

    On the CS1000 you might want to try changing the test phone cls to FITA and see if this works.
