there is strange and annoying error in my company ns500, the keys of co just goes red for no reason and i have to restart the device that there is a chance other co keys goes red!
all lines are set to disa and works fine , if this situation doesn't happen

well it didn`t work and i still have the problem with the lines!
does error in lines could make the pbx hangs on the CO?

thanks for help, our line are analogue lines, and yes some of these lines do not support disconnect signal but it should disconnect after not entering any number or after enterning number if the time of queue is over!
btw what can i do if some line don`t have cpc detectio support?

it does not flash! it just turn on red! it flashes only in extensions that call is directed through disa and it can be answerded! others just turn on red steady and as pressed "recorder tone" or something comes on screen and busy tone through speaker! call pick up by dss is enabled! and the only...

already have been thinking about this but the problem is that there is a chance for others to pick up the phone and answer an unwanted calls on no ring option!
in tes824 it was easy! pressing any dss key would take extension on that ringing line! i think there should be some option to give them...

thanks for your time. i have done that and still can`t pickup calls! right now i`m using *4001 to pickup calls but it`s complicated for users and if multiple line ring at same time , i can`t choose which line to pick!

i cant answer a ringing line on some ICD group or DIL to an extension from other extensions by using DSS keys!
i want other extensions to be able to answer ringing line if the ringing extension does not answer the call. how is that possible?
