I tried calling from an extension that had no mailbox. Just get vm prompt to enter mailbox number. Looks like loopback is the way to go. Will work if I have ports available, which isn't always the case. Thanks fr the help!
Thanks for the quick reply. I realize I could loop back to a CO port, but I was hoping there was a way to dial an extension number or code to get to the auto-attendant and it would be much more convenient. Is that the only solution?
