UPDATE
Our current certificate only has one domain
Ipoffice.domain.net
It passes the SSL test you mentioned
From what we have found you need to have a UCC cert and have a record for
URI sip domain
When we try to purchase one they will not let us add Subject Alternative Name
SIP:domain.net...
After reading many documents, and posts, I have Avaya IX working with an IPO 500V2
User installs the App, Clicks on the Gear in the upper right corner, and selects Use Web Address
Enters http://ipoffice.mydomain.com, Clicks next then enters their extension and password
App finishes setting up...
The settings file was there before I upgraded, I know this because I modified it to set the 9608 background screen to the company logo, after the upgrade the logo was removed from the phone's
This is when I discovered that the settings file was missing on the SD card
I am not sure how this...
The upgrade was done on an IOP 500V2
After upgrading, I discovered that the 46xxsetings file was not on the SD card of the IPO
I went to file management, and uploaded system files, and the settings file was not uploaded
The file is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager
