Voicemail Transfer
Yes, it does work that way to transfer an answered call, so let me elaborate further here by indicating that this is for an incoming call while it's ringing. Also discovered that this is not an extension group but rather a call distribution group. Other phones (not in a call distribution group)...- Dallas.

It goes right to VM, no other buttons pressed. If I try to put his group extension number into the flexible button config (type=Voice Mail Transfer) I get; Only VM(DPT AND DTMF) group extension numbers are available Regards, -dave- Dallas.

I have a phone within a extension group. The group number matches the voicemail box number but phones within the group have different extension numbers so they don't. Pressing the flexible button for voicemail transfer on them brings you to the general mailbox not the group extension vmbox User...- Dallas.
