We did attempt rebuilding it and updating with a patch, but it didn't change anything, so I rolled back the changes to ensure that we might still be able to get the cards run through...- BrianOK

Thanks, Wildbar, I was able to give my user class permission to enter Backup Server Mode. However, after saving the changes, it is still saying my user ID isn't authorized.- BrianOK

I have had the same errors come up in the past, and I was able to load a prior database to fix the issue. This time, however, no prior database will allow RES to start without errors.
