plantronics & m7316
OK, so i plugged the headset in to the handset jack and plugged the handset in to the plantronics pigtail. i suppose this is the workaround for certain units, the m7310 worked normally plugged in the correct ports. maybe there is no programming to disable the headset button on the m7316 or...- djbordie

Hello, Can anyone chime in on a headset situation with the m7316? With the m7310 the cs540 works flawlessly, with the lifter. with the 7316 there is a headset button on the set, so I can not answer calls with the headset. even though the lifter is working appropriately.
