I have done a factory reset on one of my acquired DT700 12 button phones, setup a port on SV9100 with MAC and ext number as normal. On the phone, I went to Admin, SIP settings, Line1 and Account Name - add extension number, back to Registrar and check server ip = 'as SV9100' and port = 5080...
