Ip office ghost calls

They have the ipo 500v2 8.1 in basic mode receiving ghost calls at random. 2 analogue lines going to a combo. the phone sets ring once and it’s random symbols instead any numbers or names. VM getting cut off after being transferred to another VM
thread940-1750044 I’m having trouble with the vm getting cut off after a few seconds of listening to it after it has been transferred. Doesn’t matter if we listen to the whole message or just part.
