Check LCR (MMC 710,711,712,713), Check numbering plan (mmc 724) to make sure trunk group numbers havent been deleted accidentally. try dialling the numbers manually, do they go through? Check speed dial entries in mmc 705 too, check the trunk group they are dialling is correct.
Ho many ports (trunks and extensions) are connected? If your over 20 thats why. Always worth making sure these 2 cabs are in Sync too. Not a fan of the twin cab 7030 its a bit flakey.
