    Thanks for the replies. I'd changed the TEI from Automatic to fixed and hadn't remembered to reboot the system. Once system was rebooted, all was good. Thanks for the help.

    Hi all, I've inherited a LG IPECS eMG80 phone system. I've had a go at configuring but have a couple of questions: How do I direct Night Service to go to a voicemail and which handsets do I do recordi the greeting from and what are the codes required? Thanks for any help!
