Thank you belevedere, I have done that, no luck. I noticed the light at the back at the network is constantly flickering on one of the blades in the cabinet. Could there perhaps be hardware failure or what? We are a hospital, being without phones is a catastrophe

I'm not familiar with the SV8300, our entire system was setup by an external contractor. All was well till this morning, I'm not sure if there were a power failure. Our phones are now rebooting the entire time

Belvedere thank you. My apologies if I used the wrong word, the person that setup the SV8100 issued the users with 6 digit codes to use to make phone calls with. I'm managing a site with a SV8300 but was called to assist, now the staff want new 6-digit codes as there was a breach and their codes...

I had a look around but don't see anything. How do I create codes for user's to make outside calls. I'm familiar with the SV8300 but the SV8100 is foreign to me.

That is above my limited knowledge of PC Pro. I thought it's just drop downs i can click to change the class, or a 2-3 step command and that's it. Thank you belvedere.
Can someone please direct me or assist with cmd on how to restrict a specific extension from making external calls? That specific extension must only be able to make calls to telephones internally. Maybe also the different restriction classes.
