Yes we have 2 call servers @ 2 locations and operating like DC & DR but sometime client perform the activity @ one location so traffic need to shifted DR location so could you please let know the process how to make active secondary CS.

we need to drawbacks of genesys, we already have session manager, System manager, Modular messaging, AEP, Globitel Recorder solution, Xtend dialer, CS1k, AACC, Ring master, 1150 E IP phones. we want to upgrade to Avaya Red....that's why we need to draw back
IP Set is registered and TN also acquired in AACC, I deleted the TN and copied from working TN and also configure again and acquired aging in AACC. I have 2 IP phones 1150e.
