Access 97 Securing a database without users having to sign in
You could have your system administrater set up permissions to your database. IE, some users have read only privledges, other have read write, etc.- rori666

Although its impossible to say for sure, I would check your criteria expression. I recieved those type of errors when no record matched the desired criteria.- rori666
