So our Vodavi system over time tends to lag behind our computers by a minute or so, I correct it about every month or two. I think I messed up on Friday, and over the weekend had AM as PM etc... I since rectified that, but now with Daylight savings, our voicemail system thinks...
I can confirm that our memory retention battery is toast... but we do have an APC to help the system not go down in event of a power outage..
would the soft reset be the same as pressing the white reset button on the board itself?
Our voicemail system seems to have gotten out of sync or something with our system. When we try to access VM, it just rings and rings.
I know there is a reset button for this, and that has worked in the past. But, for the life of me I can't find the reset button. Where is it located?

Sorry for the delay in response. The MSP was on premises for another issue, and resolved it for that user, but now I have the same issue for another. MSP has been reluctant to give information to me to fix on my own... The voicemail is in-skin, flash based.

Gotcha, yeah when I've googled Vodavi XTS, best I can find is the user guide, which I already have a hard copy.
Where do I look to see what the voicemail platform is? I inherited this system, and documentation is severely lacking.

Unbeknownst to me at the time, it appears that my phone was having the same issue, but given that my phone isn't used much, I didn't know this.
Looks like it probably is that I have a bunch of phones with this issue.

I have one hunt group in use, primarily for some after hours work, when most people go home.
It was working fine, but had to move the first person in line for the group, and the hunt group did not go when I remapped the extension. There was another model of phone at the new...
Just checked... my issue is following the extension, remapped the extension, had someone else that is having no issues page, and the sound was there after the first few beeps until the pagee picks up.
I'm not sure if it is the mic on the individual phone, as when I remapped the extension to a phone that was working fine, the sound then started, like it traveled with the extension, it was a different desk, with a different phone. Only thing the same was the extension.
