Hi rlstiles,
Refer to my thread here. I think you can just read my last post of 18/03/2017. I used IPPhoneManager with Cisco TFTP Server.
Hi belevedere,
I think you'd remember how we struggled in the above mentioned thread. I have been doing many phones since then using a PoE unmanaged switch...
I've just found out that when a call is received from other sites which user the 3C system, I get that "Check List" text on the screen of this particular phone. But when a call is received from within my site which uses SV8100, that text doesn't show up. I've tested this from multiple extensions...
I received these 2 DT700 IP phones from a 3C system. I've got SV8100.
I migrated the firmware to NEC SIP and nicked the extension numbers for them and did all other configuration identically.
However, one of them is saving missed calls and displaying "Check List" in the left lower corner of...

We have an auto-attendant message in place. When someone calls from outside (I think it's called trunk call) and selects 3, one telephone/extension number rings. If no one answers this call, is there a way to forward it to another extension or mobile phone number?
What I understand from you is that it is not possible in SV8100 to divert these outside callers to her mobile phone in our scenario. Because we don't want to instruct outside callers to dial an extension number. And outside caller should press a certain number (like 1, 2, 3, ...) for a certain...

1. There is an auto attendant message in place. Someone calls from outside and presses a particular number for a particular department and the call goes to the receptionist's ext. number (done from 22-04). Then she may transfer it to another person.
2. From 24-09 call forwarding is...
20-08-20 is checked already, plus this setting is not for a particular extension but for all the telephones if I understand correctly.
I have found this issue only in a couple of telephones. One of them I upgraded a couple of years back, but have just found out about this issue.
A DT700 telephone was taken from a 3C system. I upgraded the firmware to ITL_Firmware_v5.0.9.0 to fit UNIVERGE SV8100. Then I assigned an extension to it from Webpro, and did the rest of the settings.
One thing I didn’t know how to do.
When I call another extension number it doesn’t dial it...
Thank you guys!
The issue somehow is no longer there. And I did the name on 15-01 at the time I did the extension on 11-02. I don't know why a phone in another branch (probably using 3C) showed the old extension.
But the thing I remember from the past is this. I was taught it years back and...
In SV8100, after changing an extension number of a particular phone from 11-02 in WebPro, still when a call is made by this phone to another phone, the old extension shows on the other phone. Where do you fix this from?
I am not sure where to look for the management tab, but I saw the following:
And besides, the 2nd image doesn't tell which extension was changed and the other details. Is that it?
In UNIVERGE SV8100 Webpro, is there an audit facility? I've had someone changed the an extension number and moved a phone from one department to another without proper authorisation.

I was given the responsibly of this PBX system which serves multiple departments located in a single building. One of the departments has an auto attendant message in place. They are working from 9:00 till 19:00 from Saturday to Thursday. And now they decided to open on...
