Is there a way to extract a list of the users from Switchvox to see if they have set a web password or VM passcode? I know I can get a list of extensions by exporting a CSV from Tools > Extension Features > Contacts.

I'm coming from an Avaya IP Office environment, so I don't have much else to compare with. But does Switchvox have a tool comparable to System Status (SSA) that comes with the Avaya Management software?
Also, Is there way get a list of all connected phones/extensions/MAC addresses on a table...
Found the issue. The Dialer was setup with the CO setting, as it wasn't a "real" PRI.
The engineer just copied the settings for the new PRI circuit instead of setting it to CPE.

Falc 13 represents the PRI that was already active, Falc 14 represents the new PRI circuit that was installed. There was a loopback plug in port 10 (line 14) to test the card itself, and that was removed at 78037520mS and the cable from the provider equipment was plugged back in.
So I'm...
System has a VCM32/PRI2 card and is getting PRI service from a "dialer" (as the customer puts it), and a newly connected PRI. The new PRI has a solid link light and the provider can see the connection, however there is no D channel.
I have set the clock to Network/Fallback and Fallback/Network...
We are using VM to email. I did find out that if you have SMTP logging on that it can "run away" at times. We checked to be sure that was disabled, so we'll see what happens.

Also be sure that the forwarding number has the right dialing short code.

Has anyone had issues with VMPro becoming unresponsive almost weekly? I was working on a system and in the SE web access, I notice that VMPro was at 600+ MB of RAM. The system has 427 users, and 5 AAs that are assigned to the main incoming numbers.
We restarted the VMPro component and when it...
It is an IP500v2.
I double checked the PLDSKeys.xml and verified that it shows 31 Avaya IP Endpoints.
We removed all the extra extensions and they have enough available to get by for now, but they are going to need those new licenses soon, so this is just a bandaid. I also regenerated the...
The licenses are valid, SSA shows 31 IP endpoints.
Archangel58, I will look into that next. If i have to delete all the extensions and recreate them I will. I removed all the virtual extensions already, but the system never goes over 26 licenses in use.

No, I checked. There are no Reserve licenses for any of the extensions.
Programming should make you feel like god. But it doesn't because there are rules.
Setup:
IPO 10.0.1.0
Phone system had 26 Avaya IP Endpoints for 9608's.
We added 5 additional licenses and applied to the system, only to find that the sold to was wrong and we had to re-apply the old license file.
Fixed the sold-to with Avaya and recieved the new license file. Applied. SSA shows...
Thanks all. I thought it would be a bit more complicated than originally hoped.
I like were you're going VoIP Numpty...I did learn that this customer will be upgrading to SE in the future, so now I'm not so worried about it. :D

I'm working on a client that has multiple IPOs and all but two are on the SCN. Those two are linked with H.323. One is 10.0 and the other is 9.1.
When we make changes to the users, the directories on all the systems don't update. The SCN'd group is fine, but is there a way to have a user change...
That makes sense...a single D8 card on a full system was down. I would appear that they may have plugged a PC into the wall jack. A reboot fixed this one as well.
(This story is not the same as the OP system. But happened last week.)
The system in question was in a flooded building. They took...
Does anyone know if the ports for the digital 8 or combo card are electrically isolated? I.e. if port 1 shorts out because X, does it take out the whole card or just that port?
Also, does the system protect against shorting?

After trying different expansion ports, swapping the blue cables, and following this http://www.wellingtonpaez.com/dead-ds30/ I am concluding that this unit is probably dead. [thumbsdown]
When it goes to access the .bin on the tftp server, it just keeps sending requests, but nothing is hitting...
v10.0.0.3 build 5
Plugged the expansions in ports 1 and 2, also named as such, and only the first DS30 was recognized by the control unit.
I tried restarting the whole system, plugging in the DS30's first, waiting for flashing green, then the control unit; but the same thing happens.
I tried...
Just like the subject says.
I called in to test 3 times and got a delayed greeting ~12 seconds twice, and a normal greeting followed by silence the other time.
Any ideas?
VMPro hard drive is not even at 30% capacity and they aren't maxing out VM ports.
Also, a couple users were seeing new...
