Errrr, USER1 doesn't exist. Nor does it work through some back door method. I don't see any options in WebPro or PCPro to download/upload prompts. Was USER1 a default for a SysAdmin or something? This didn't work for me.

Problem is prompts got deleted. Defaulting system etc doesn't restore prompts. I was thinking of copying the Compact Flash card on a computer. Any thoughts?
