Real Time Reports show agents Idle when they are busy show numerous calls waiting that are not there in queue show agents logged out when they are really logged in.
I shut down the services for real time and restarted the services again but no change any suggestions
If you have nothing else to clock off of we have found that if you make yourself the Master and the incoming T-1 the user in your Clock programing it will work like that as well.. not recommended but if you have nothing else
CS 100e call pilot 201i rls 5.0 channels start disabling one or 2 at a time then almost all of them must reset Call pilot to get them to come back up. Is there a patch out there that I am unaware of to fix this issue?
