I have a simple issue, with the a simple system.
I have a customer with an IP Office 500v2 Basic Edition with (5)1408 sets.
The customer is trying to use a feature code (F20) to set up call coverage to another extension. It works for approximately 5 to 10mins then goes back to a normal state...
Update. The customer had his budget approved and his determined to get call recording. Furthermore he prefers to go with Avaya Contact Recorder over Xima.
Got a good deal on the following bundle (which works out well because I see joining the next door Fire Dept onto this IPO in the near future)...

There is a good chance I can sell to the Town Hall (Mayor), Courthouse and Fire Dept.
All similar sized systems all on separate budgets and won't combine. If your familiar with small southern towns, this is par for the course.
Joe2938, that was my first concern (tying up 2/3 of the trunks). The customer is planning on using remote call fwd for instances when the office is empty. Personally, I think vm to email is going to be more than enough to cover out of office concerns.

VM Pro is part of lic bundle I'm considering. I have no problem with configuring a Linux server to run it. I don't know if Chronicall is worth the additional cost for just 5 users.
Can Contact Recorder be that bad (have seen a lot of Xima referrals).
