We have a problem in a catalog which we initially thought was corrupt but we now believe to be ok. One particular folder is causing the errors. I can run it under NT without any errors but users on Win2000 are having the problem. This folder has been used by these users before and no changes...
We have migrated our users to win2k and it would appear that when a catalog is opened, the 'new' database is not being added to cognos.ini.
They are using Impromptu User, if I open their catalog using Impromptu Admin, it does add the new entry.
Any ideas?

I've managed to track down a contractor who used to work with us and he recommends removing the totals, saving the .imr in V6, open it back up and re-inserting the totals and he thinks that should do the trick.??

We are migrating our users from Impromptu v4 to v6 and have some reports that are producing different (wrong!!) totals on v6. Has anybody come accross this? (and got a resolution?)
